Aldea Blanca is one of the most sought-after urbanisations in Nueva Andalucía, and this house has something no other home in it has: its own heated pool. Heating is switched on at your request, which is what turns the garden from a summer space into a year-round one.

The plot runs to 585 m² — generous for a townhouse in this part of Marbella — and the interiors are calm, minimalist and Scandinavian. Aldea Blanca has three communal pools as well, one of them very large, but most of the time there is no reason to leave your own.

Inside, the living and dining area is open-plan and full of natural light, furnished with clean lines, muted tones and natural materials. It flows into a fully equipped kitchen with an island and good appliances — enough to cook properly, not just to get by.

Across 180 m² there are four bedrooms — three doubles and one single — sleeping seven, and three shower bathrooms including an ensuite off the main bedroom.

The garden is the part guests tend to remember. Mature trees give shade, the planting is kept, and there are sun loungers and a hammock for the hours when doing nothing is the point.

An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table make long meals outside easy, and a lounge corner takes the morning coffee and the evening glass of wine — all of it fenced, private, and beside your own water.

Aldea Blanca sits in the middle of Nueva Andalucía, so a lot of the holiday happens on foot. The SuperCor supermarket and the local restaurants are an easy walk, and Puerto Banús — its marina, boutiques and beach clubs — is walkable too. The Golf Valley courses and the sandy beaches are a few minutes by car.

Yes. It belongs to the house and is not shared — this is the only home in Aldea Blanca with its own heated pool. The urbanisation's three communal pools, one of them very large, are open to guests as well.
